Most sushi trains you find sitting at the end of the train you miss out but the staff seemed to be constantly topping up the trains from not just either end but the middle as well. The food was great quality, very fresh and there was something for everyone. The takeaway option is a nice touch too. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. Parking: Park on the roof near Hoyts and take the escalator down, Gogoro is right next to it. Kid-friendliness: My 9 and 7 year old were comfortable and we sat in a booth.

It's kind of interesting that I have countless photos of other food I eat but rarely of my sushi and the ones from here are pretty good and I'm usually there like once or twice a month.... Oh well. If you like Sushi this is a pretty good place to grab one.

I bring my youngest son here regularly. This is his favourite sushi joint in the Hunter. Good food and very nice staff.

Wow wow wow! If you are a lover of sushi go here now!!! The service is fast and the people that work here are so friendly and happy all the time. I go here all the time and not once have a come across bad service. Always a smile and thank you. The salmon box is so fresh and the salmon is perfect. The rice is fabulous!! The spicy chicken roll is perfect combination of chicken with spice and fresh seaweed. The fresh seaweed with the big sashimi box is to die for!! Always go here first for your sushi it’s amazing.

What a fantastic price for quality sushi food with many sushi types. So if you guys don't know, there for gorgo, rolls, mini rolls, boxes. Also has salmon, seafood Stick, crab, tuna, cucumber, wasabi, avocado, teriyaki chicken and normal chicken.

Love the fact that they have so many rolls with cucumber now. If you have the time to wait, they can even make new ones for you. So damn good. They are fast and friendly and are attentive to what you say. Really can't complain overall.

To start off I’ve only gone the once and wow! What an impression it gave off; all I did was take away, and the Bulgogi Deopbap was mouthwatering as each individual bit was just a whole bunch of different flavours in your mouth. The juiciness from the bulgogi mixed with the lettuce and rice was just a touch of perfection. I’m already craving my next visit, looked into the rest of the menu and can’t pick and choose what to eat next from there but I can say one thing….. I’ll definitely be back.

Had food here a few times, and I've loved it everytime. Such an authentic place with amazing food. A little expensive, but the food is delicious. Heaps of gluten-free options too. You can sit outside and inside, if it isn't too busy. Dietary restrictions: Heaps of gluten-free options.

The best Japanese/Korean food in the Hunter/Maitland region. I have been a regular customer since I first tried Beud back in 2020, the staff are always so friendly/welcoming, the food is so tasty and well thought out. Such a great family owned business to support. Kid-friendliness: They also have a great kids menu.
