We recently had the good fortune of having Rane as our travel agent for our trip overseas & I am very happy to say he will now be organising every trip we take. Rane was always contactable via phone, email or texts before, during & after our time overseas, providing options for & booking accommodation, car hire & flights, giving advice, answering queries & reassuring me about any issues, big or small, which arose. We were in contact throughout our trip, with Rane providing on-going support which was reassuring. I can’t thank Rane enough for his help & have recommended him to all my friends. He is professional & meticulous at every stage of the process. His attention to detail is reassuring & communication is top level. His friendly, caring nature makes him an absolute delight to work with. I look forward to planning our next trip with Rane.

Lauren booked our return business class flights to Europe. Lauren researched and presented us with the most cost effective option and one with minimum wait times at airports when we had connecting flights. The process of organising it with Lauren was smooth, easy and no stress, her communication is great. The flights were all excellent, smooth and no issues. Overall very happy and will organise future trips through Lauren.

My extended family and I have been lucky enough to have Lauren manage our personal travel for a number of years and I have also worked with her in a professional capacity. She always takes amazing care of us, no request is too much trouble and she is a fantastic support when we are away and the unexpected happens. took me far too long to write this, but Joel is AMAZING. I flight centre. I spent months panicking doing my own research for my solo trip to France and Flight Centre was so quick and easy. Joel explained all the options I had and how to go about flying solo, abroad for my gap year. He gave me such amazing advice and was so personal and lovely to speak with. I have been a bit nervous to embark on my adventure but Joel gave me the confidence that if there are any issues I will contact Flight Centre immediately and they will be there to help. literally, 10/10 service from Joel- he knows his stuff so well and was so transparent about what he didn't know, so I highly recommend making an appointment, they are so helpful and know everything there is to travel.
