“Dr Frank Redwig graduated from the University of Muenster in 1999. He completed his postgraduate training at the Klinikum Dortmund. He obtained the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ), the German Urological Society (DGU), and the European Association of Urology (EAU). He is regularly involved in the education of undergraduate medical students at the University of Tasmania as well as postgraduate doctors. Dr Frank specialises in treating enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, and bladder cancer, and he also offers advanced robotic surgery to his patients. Since 2019, he has been able to offer advanced robotic surgery to patients within Tasmania. He is involved in research projects for prostate cancer with the University of Tasmania. He is constantly furthering his training to ensure that he is able to give the best treatments possible to his patients. He has been working as a consultant in the Department of Urology at the Royal Hobart Hospital.”
