Impressed by the level of service. Our job was made so easy by just having to call and explain what it was we needed changed/repaired. Ash was amazing and made sure she kept in touch the whole way through. As we weren't living at the property we relied on phone calls and she was such a trooper in assisting with everything, from texting photos to giving advice when asked and even putting up with me and my inability to make a decision. The job was completed with ease and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you to all the team at Francis Plumbing, especially Ash! You are an asset to the company! Can’t recommend these guys enough. I got 10 windows and a sliding door fitted by Guys Glass and the craftsmanship of the windows/glass door and install is unbelievable. If you’re thinking of getting some new windows/glass doors don’t even blink an eye at these guys. Really can’t fault them at all. Also a bonus that they make all their own windows and doors, not many places do that these days.

Had our patio enclosed and called Guys to quote. We wanted prices on a few options and they were more than happy to accommodate. The job went ahead without any issues and the crew doing the work were great. Quality of their work surpassed our expectations and the one minor cosmetic issue they found was rectified a couple of weeks later. Very happy customers.

They replaced an old sliding door at the rear of my house which was badly installed on top of a step instead of behind the step. They've replaced it with a proper functioning, good quality sliding door with fly screen and dog door. They showed up on time to install it and were clear at communicating that they would come back to add trims that they had to custom order first, and clear on when they would be coming to install it in the first place. Communicating with them was easy too. The fly screen wasn't adjusted properly so they came back the next day to fix it up no questions asked. The only thing I would like to see is clearer quotes so that we know exactly what we are getting, and what we aren't getting, as we had to pay a little extra (not much though) for getting the old door disposed of, and weren't sure on the dimensions of the pet door which also would have been great to have in a detailed quote. Also didn't know that the new architrave would need a coat of paint and the nail holes to be covered up, which isn't a big deal for us to get done ourselves, but good to know ahead of time. Other than that I'm really happy with the quality work and the price compared to some other places.

We’ve just had 2 ALU- Gard hinged security doors installed. Am very satisfied with Gippsland windows & doors service, it took 3 weeks. From measure & Quote, to be made & installed. Excellent service by the worker who installed them, very cheerful & good mannered. Would recommend to anyone.
