Had a car issue that required a call out and tow. Kyle was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and even helping me make sure I got to a dinner I had scheduled by dropping me at the train station and taking care of everything else in regards to getting my car back to the shop. Asked to have my car serviced while it was at the shop as it was due and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. They do a thorough service judging by the fact they do the small things like changing the wiper blades and even giving the car a complimentary wash. Will definitely bring my car back next time I need it serviced. Much appreciated!

I have never been happier with a mechanic than I am with J Smith. They're always thorough. They let me know the moment they find anything, they leave notes for what I need for the next service, and they offer a pick-up service if you can't make it to pick up your car. They're always polite and never patronising.

Fantastic service, left car there received lift home, everything got done and reasonably priced. Happy with this guys and yes I recommend them.

Couldn't be happier.I dropped my car there unannounced, with double flat tyres, on an early busy morning and they were accommodating, supportive and helpful and fixed everything as quick as possible. Highly recommend and thank you again.

I found WRW to be great. They were fully booked out for the next few weeks but managed to fit me into their busy schedule, my car was fixed all in good time. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend these guy's.

Best mechanic I’ve been too. Looks after all my cars and is reasonably priced. Will continue to take my cars there for as long as WRW remains open.
