I didn't hesitate to return to the region from Sydney just for the local retreats. Green Room is so much more then just a quality yoga studio...now I'm 9 hours away I still check-in regularly to the community and vast array of online classes, meditations and continue my yoga journey. But it doesn't stop there...through Science of Life and in the comfort of my own home, I continue to experience the most powerful and healing energy sessions. MYSA MOVEMENT REVIEWS
I joined Mysa Movement in Wodonga in February. I started on a five class pass thinking it'd be that then done. Well no. I love Mysa and the teachers, the community, the chats after class. I found myself wanting to go every single day. A year ago I was setting goals to walk around the block three times a week. I had big dreams though. I wanted to go to a yoga retreat, ski, hike mountains, kayak, have energy to stay awake all day, reduce stress, travel more, go horse riding.
I joined Mysa to maintain my mobility as I enter the ‘senior’ years. I was seeking some regular stretching. Surprisingly I have enjoyed a variety of classes incorporating pilates, weights and sound healing. Mysa provides a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, and has attracted a vibrant, diverse community, which I love being part of.
Such a welcoming place to practice yoga and have a few laughs. Love it, feels like home.
