The gym has quality equipment and the classes offered are at a very affordable rate. Evolve has helped me become physically and mentally stronger person. If you’re looking to improve yourself then join this gym.

Evolve is a great gym to train at for all skill levels, I started with no experience and very little knowledge about mixed martial arts, since training paul has taught not just fitness, but self defence, gained self confidence and discipline and I've met some amazing people along the way. Highly recommend.

Excellent facilities backed by high quality instruction. All coaches offer clear, easy to understand explanations and are patient with questions for those mere mortals of us that might need a little more help. Just as importantly, the other students are equally generous with their time, respectful and considerate. A very strong team culture while still being incredibly welcoming- definitely recommended.

A wonderful family-operated academy offering exceptional programs for both children and adults, with plenty of training times to fit schedules of shift workers and the standard 9-5. We cannot recommend the team at De been Jiu Jitsu Wodonga highly enough. Both our sons and my Husband trained and coached there.
