I came to see Ivana about 5 months ago we had been trying for a baby for a year and I was having so many issues with my cycle which was effecting my mental health severely.The moment I met Ivana I felt so comfortable she has a professional and warm approach and really allows you to be feel safe whilst being vulnerable, before I started working with Ivana everything felt so heavy but after weekly acupuncture appointments and all of the great herbs she has provided for me I can say that I felt a huge shift not only in my body as my cycle is now on time every time without pain or mood swings but in my mindset everything is so much lighter now, I feel so much more balanced and positive about all aspects of life especially about our fertility journey.I highly recommend Ivana to everybody.

I had a great experience at Poke with Ryan. My shoulder was causing all kinds of pain, Ryan did an assessment and with such skill he so accurately treated the pain.
