Had my eyesight tested, got my first pair of glasses. From the moment I walked in (in both appointments) until I left, I was treated with care and respect and a genuine determination to help me find the right solution for my eyes. The staff are all wonderful! I would highly recommend going to Specsavers to anyone looking for help with their sight (and hearing!).

Absolutely great! I phoned the day before because of vision concerns and the optometrist was very calm and reassuring, then the appointment itself wirh a different optometrist was also very calm and reassuring, and explained everything so I understood what and why things were being done Really impressed with the Settlement City OPSM team and would highly recommend!

Excellent Store I have purchased from them twice now, I have never met anyone at the store which was not most helpful and WOW the prices and options are unbelievable I got 2 pairs (Titian frames) for less than the over 60s 25% discounted price at one of the major stores in town! !
