Had my eyesight tested, got my first pair of glasses. From the moment I walked in (in both appointments) until I left, I was treated with care and respect and a genuine determination to help me find the right solution for my eyes. The staff are all wonderful! I would highly recommend going to Specsavers to anyone looking for help with their sight (and hearing!).

Fantastic. Polite, efficient, great selection of frames. Turnaround time for glasses for excellent, fitting was great.

Absolutely great! I phoned the day before because of vision concerns and the optometrist was very calm and reassuring, then the appointment itself wirh a different optometrist was also very calm and reassuring, and explained everything so I understood what and why things were being done Really impressed with the Settlement City OPSM team and would highly recommend!

A very professional and friendly experience from the moment i walked into the store. The eye specialist was amazing and informative and made me feel very comfortable. Great value for money. Would highly recommend OPSM Port Macquarie

Not sure if the guys could be much better. All team were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. This was a great experience from testing to viewing and purchasing. 5 stars all around!

I have been a customer of this store for some years and have always found the staff extremely helpful and plesent I was recently fitted with contact lenses and the Optomiterest Krysta Murray who helped me through this process showed me the utmost patience and support.I would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone needing an understanding and compasionate Optomiterest.

Excellent Store I have purchased from them twice now, I have never met anyone at the store which was not most helpful and WOW the prices and options are unbelievable I got 2 pairs (Titian frames) for less than the over 60s 25% discounted price at one of the major stores in town! !

Having been with another company for some years I decided to try The Optical Superstore so happy I did ……wonderful service with great staff and really good value for money.
