Matthew came highly recommended and he lived up to every excellent expectation! Matthew has helped put into place measures that help me manage the somewhat stressful lifestyle of a business owner & Mum. I have tried so many other conventional and alternative therapies for my anxiety and depression and yet none of these come close to the positive impact of Caroline’s work. I have never met someone more dedicated to helping people in their professional field. I felt heard, understood, and held by Caroline and in just 4 sessions over 6 weeks I found an energy, self belief and zest for life that I hadn’t felt in over 8 years.
