Highly recommend Gungahlin Veterinary Hospital after we had to take our girl there. They saw our dog straight away and were so lovely throughout the whole process. They were gentle, understanding, and we were so thankful. We even got a follow up text message a couple of days later, which was so thoughtful. Thanks again for looking after our Nezzie girl!

The whole team are amazing. Day to day care is great but in an emergency, they go above and beyond! Over the course of a single day, Clover (4yo Labrador) was fitted in 3 times with a vet, as she was very sick and then not responding as expected to treatment. Everyone at Kippax was so invested in how Clover was recovering and during a stressful situation, I really appreciated the genuine care and concern.

KPV were very professional and friendly. Their waiting room was dividing into cat and dog areas with seperate entrances and I noticed they were knew the names of their clients before being introduced.

The staff at kippax Vet are just amazing! I had one of the hardest decisions to have to say goodbye to my best friend. They were all so sympathetic and extremely compassionate. Thank you for being so kind when I was an absolute mess.

Your practice is exceptional in so many ways: 1. fantastic staff, 2. smooth admin processes, 3. excellent communication, 4. you align multiple needs to appointments. All your veterinarians, nurses and staff are excellent. A special mention to Dr Ali who performed the surgery on my cat. I trust him implicitly I just think what he does is incredible. Dr Eleanor, fantastic explanation of options for treatment and care plans, very experienced. Dr Stephen, very thorough and great manner.

We are so grateful for the care and compassion provided by the staff at Canberra Vet Hospital. Our little Buddy boy was in a bad way after swallowing a ball, but the team nursed him back to health in no time. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient & knowledgeable.

Thank you Dr Steve and staff for your love and compassion yesterday when our dear Missy fell ill suddenly. Thank you for trying all you could and supporting us and our young children. You made a horrible time easier and we appreciate all you did for our girl. You were all amazing!
