I would like to share my appreciation and respect to wonderful staff working at Oscar Wylee Canberra Centre. Dear Cindy, Nabeeha and Aman surprised me with all their patience and assistance. Due to some vision problems and looking for complicated combination of glasses, all staff there amazingly with all support and compassion helped me which I was got very emotional and they definitely touched my heart with their excellent and professional help. I have never had such an experience before and I strongly recommend it to anyone. They moved border of being helpful and supportive on my brain which definitely comes from their kind hearts!

I went to Oscar Wylee Canberra Centre with a script from Specsavers, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The team was so friendly and helpful, they took their time helping me choose the perfect frames (which I ended up putting on my profile because I loved them so much!). Every question I had was answered patiently, and they even provided me with a detailed quote. Such a lovely, stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Trevor is a legend! He is knowledgeable, kind and spares no effort to make sure you get exactly what you need. I've sought his wise counsel on all manner of issues I've had with my specs and he's always got me through. He can realign your frames or even replace a broken arm, and all in the blink of an eye! (okay, maybe 10 mins..) It's truly next level service. Here's to Trev!

Really appreciated the help and support through the whole process. I have a hearing impairment so have not always found it easy to find the right glasses. My time with Bailey and Nelson was great. They were patient, understanding and I finally feel like I have the right glasses!
