I highly recommend Craig as a psychotherapist. He helps you understand what you are going through and gives you great insights into how you can improve your quality of life. He also gives you practical tools to help you cope with challenging situations. Additionally, at the end of each session, he does a hypnotherapy session, in which he speaks directly to your subconscious mind, helping your brain create new neural pathways that will lead you to a more fulfilling life.

Over the past 6 weeks I have been seeing Craig for assistance to re-set, re-focus and face reality about my poor relationship with alcohol. I walked in a smoker and walked out a non smoker. Believe it or not 2 days after my session , I found out I had a blood clot in my lower left leg .. was rushed to one doctor’s appt to another and then put on blood thinners ... what I would have normally turned to was a cigarette as it was by crutch when l was a smoker ,this time , I did not even think about it . A week later my partner called off our 2 year relationship ... despite the ovewheming sadness, I did not even think about needling or having a cigarette ... everything that could go wrong went wrong and 1 month two days later .. I write this as a non smoker ! I breathe better, I exercise better , I smell better ... all things considered, i feel great. If you are seriously considering quitting and like jr tried champix, this that or the other , i strongly recommend you make an appt with Les!.
