Dr Duncan McGinness performs all medical and surgical cases, including avian medicine, diagnostic imaging and ophthalmology. I called reception asking if they had someone that had experience handling ferrets as I had an elderly sable ferret who was collapsing. The lady that helped slinky was absolutely incredible. I think her name was Rae. She handled him amazingly especially because he is a bit bitey. She researched into his symptoms and even spared some roast chicken for him after he had his blood tests. Honestly can not fault the service she gave me.

Thank you for fitting us in at short notice! Vet Dr Jayne was awesome and our little Shar Pei certainly picked up after her visit here. Really helpful staff, amazing service.

Lovely friendly staff , explained the kittens procedures before hand & after care expertly and even said nice things about the vicious one.Thanks so much.

Great service received at Pet Medical Centre. My poor baby was really not herself earlier this week and I brought her in to see the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your patience and kindness- Princess will be back to her old self pretty soon I'm sure - I can't thank you enough.

Fantastic! The best staff ever, great customer service and the most important thing is that they really do care about all kinds pets, from Johnny's little hamster to the horses in the fields. They also show great compassion to the sometimes-distraught owners too. Ten stars and the highest of recommendations.

The knowledge, kindness and generosity of Ross and his staff is amazing. I'm so thankful for their expertise, but more importantly their love for the pets/animals they work with.
