Jennifer has been working with us on our diet and nutrition. My wife and I are both long term clients. We have found her to be professional, caring and extremely knowledgable. Always encouraging regularly checks in on us even though we no longer live locally. She is happy to do phone consults with us. She works with our GPs and guides us with advice on different tests at our anual check ups. Would highly recommend Jennifer to those seeking to change the way they view food and nutrition. Jennifer has also worked with us on Buteyko breathing techniques. This has be beneficial in reducing our anxiety issues. My wife has had good results with reducing reflux symtoms. We are now breathing correctly and feel better for it. Definitely recommend people try.

I visited Jennifer for about six months in 2020-21 and I am pleased to say that she has given me the key to better health and wellbeing.
