Had a fabulous experience with Anthony today. Was so thorough with his examination and explanation of what was happening with my eyes. I feel more informed than I have ever been. He asked more questions than I have previously been asked and explained a number of things that I had not been aware of. He also asked really probing questions about my work and computer setup to ensure the best outcome for me. Very happy with him today.

If you want to feel like a VIP and that your needs are important, or you are simply looking for great service, you need to go to Specsavers Dubbo. Lilly is such an asset and really switched on.

Eye test last week, everything was explained by professional, friendly staff. Got a voice mail today advising my new glasses were ready. I explained I was quarter of the way home from Dubbo Hospital but could turn back. 40 minutes later. We were asked to take a seat, offered tea or coffee. The tea was really appreciated as were both in our 70s and needed a refreshment. Also offer biscuits and chocolates which my husband indulged in. My new glasses both needed minor adjustments, this was done immediately. We left the shop feeling totally spoilt and happy. Big Thankyou especially to the lovely lady with the sparkling hairband ( I forgotten her name), and also Lily who also dealt with my husbands new glasses a couple of month's ago. I've had my eyes tested every year or two for 40 odd years. Never in all those tests have I experienced the thoroughness and care I received during my eye exam at Dubbo OPSM. For the first time I discovered WHY my eyesight was the way it was, and how my glasses prescription could best be tailored to address it. I felt my eye health was paramount rather than just being sold a pair of glasses.

Helpful, friendly staff who always have you best interests at heart and go out of their way to make sure your eyes are in good health. As we are leaving Dubbo shortly, I thank all the staff for helping myself and my husband over the past 19 years. Thank you Lenore, Rosemary and Rachel. And to other staff who have been there for us over the years.

Deirdre and the team at OPSM dubbo are the best ,huge range , great prices and the new Smart shopper is fantastic to see what the new glasses look like on beforehand thanks all the team Shaun.

Sallyanne and the Team at Morrison's were very professional, caring and friendly when I had my routine eye examination this week. Very impressed with how quickly my glasses were made and ready to be collected. 2 pairs of glasses ready in under 24 hours. Highly recommend Morrison's Family Eye Care Centre.

Morrison Family Eyecare is a locally/family owned independent optometrist. Their customer service has been superb and they certainly do care about your eye health. I highly recommend them.
