The pharmacist is one of the most helpful and friendly pharmacist that i have come across, and the lest patronizing. The other staff however could use a little brushing up on on there customer service skills.

Best pharmacy in town. Very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to help, always great service and also a great spot for gift ideas.

Consistantly friendly and knowledgeable staff and nothing is ever too much trouble. Great gift items at reasonable prices! Fabulous business!

Went into the Dubbo store on Saturday for the first time and the customer service was excellent and I was greeted immediately. The lovely make up assistant had amazing knowledge on products and helped me find heaps of new goodies. I also had to get some scripts and the pharmacists where very helpful and advised me of anything I wanted to know. Will be popping in again when I’m back in town!

Outstanding! We urgently required a scripted medicine which the pharmacist, Albert, had to source through the base hospital within a very limited time. We also required some other items which I did by phone order prior to picking up my medication. Upon entering the store I was greeted at the door with my order ready to be picked up. All this on a public holiday! Thank you so much for all your effort and incredible service.

The pharmacist was very helpful, I ran out of the medicine without a prescription, and after he checked out, he offered me 7 days of supplies until I bring the prescription . Thank you.

Have been in twice in a week and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Once to choose perfume and the young lady was so accommodating and then makeup with a different staff member who was keen to help us purchase the right products (skin tone etc) and didn’t once try to sell us the more expensive brands. I received assistance with colours to match my skin tone, to buy new foundation today. I was so pleased with the personal touch! Then at the checkout, I’d left my Priceline card at home and the assistant offered to checked my name on the system so I could still receive reward points. Fantastic customer service, thank you.
