Amazing, wonderful, caring staff who saved my dogs life in the early hours of the Queens Birthday Public holiday. Special thanks to Tanika who we saw when we arrived at 1:30am. She also came in her day off to say goodbye, when we were lucky enough to bring him home.

I had to take my very sick dog in to see the vet, they were very caring and listened to what I had to say. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and understanding.

My companion Yarka has very complex health needs and they crew at Shepp really look after him. Thank you very much. Monica

My 2yo alpaca had a really nasty grass seed penetrative his eye. I've forgotten the vet and vet nurses names but the two ladies did such a great job and were able to remove it fast and carefully. Can't thank them enough!
