ACT Curious came highly recommended to us for EAP and we are so glad we engaged them. Michelle herself came up to Mildura and provided an introduction to EAP over two days and her knowledge of mental health and evidence based therapy was evident from the very beginning. She is incredibly passionate and also approachable which is exactly what we wanted for our EAP. We know that the service ACT Curious provide is going to be invaluable not only for our staff, but also as an organisation.

I was experiencing personal issues at home and it was affecting my work, and my workplace provided the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service. Life was stressful and I needed help and I received support from my employer to see Michelle Trudgen at ACT Curious. Michelle is a dedicated counsellor and she made some suggestions and was so supportive. For me I was committed to and enjoyed my work, but was lacking control of my personal situation, I was fatigued and overwhelmed. No matter what your specific worries are, there is no shame in getting the help you need.

After attending two mindfulness training sessions, conducted by Michelle. I found myself truly begining to understand who I was, who I wanted to be and how to be my best self. Michelle was able to unlock deep insight into each person there, to help us all to understand what's important to each of us in life and how we can improve so many aspects of our lives, just by understanding ourselves, our values and who we really want to be. If you have any self doubts, relationship issues or just feel a little lost.

Wendy is the most outstanding therapist I have ever known. The work she does is nothing less than miraculous! Though out my life as a teacher and healer on my own self journey my greatest breakthroughs have been facilitated by the absolutely amazing work she does .Thank you Wendy for your special gift in being able to truly help in life.

Wendy is an amazing facilitator and listener. She has the great gift of making you feel like you are the only thing that matters to her and as a result you find yourself processing ideas and working through issues you didn't even realise you needed to. She has a great work ethic and will not rest until she knows you are in a place of equilibrium and at peace. The best thing of all is that she brings a lightness of touch to her approach that really takes it to another level. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
