Nether the less my eye test with the lovely optometrist was thorough and she explained everything to me throughout the process and we discussed my eye health. I wasn't just another customer. Neither felt pushed in any sales /to select glasses that were more expensive. My new glasses were also ready for collection earlier than expected. Specsavers communicated with me throughout, and there were zero issues which was fantastic.

All my eye tests are done here, where they are friendly and professional. When I was purchasing new glasses, Fillipo spent hours with me, ensuring I got a comfortable pair of glasses that fit correctly. He also ensured I got the best deal available. I highly recommend Specsavers.

Didn't have to wait for my appointment, the staff were friendly and the optometrist explained everything very clearly. Then the lady who helped me pick new glass was also very, very helpful.

Could not have been better. Greeted with a smile, short wait times, even with new glasses purchase was in and out in no time. Optometrist and assistant alike were smiling, friendly and professional, and the products they offer are (in my opinion) they best I've used.
