Could not recommend WGVC more! All of the staff go out of their way to make us fell comfortable and always greet our pets with the same enthusiasm making them feel at home. Having an anxious dog the staff go out of their way to make it a positive experience for him. Everything is explained so thoroughly and we always leave knowing we are giving our dogs the best care possible!

Mitch and the team are lovely to deal with. After such a bad experience with our first rottie pup, Mitch just goes that extra length to make sure any questions or concerns you have are sorted. He provides honest opinions and advice. Mitch is awesome to deal with, he’s kind, honest and reliable with his knowledge towards our dog King Albert. Our first pup did not turn out how we wanted it too but Mitch was able to make us feel comfortable in a bad situation. We have not met a vet so passionate about providing help to us. We highly recommend Mitch and West Gippsland Vet Care.

I can’t thank Matt and Katie enough for the beautiful way they supported the passing of my very loved and special boy. They were so gentle, kind and supportive of all of us, even travelling a fair distance so that it could be done at home. The hand written condolence card we received a little time after was also so lovely and so appreciated. Losing a beloved pet is never easy, but Matt and Katie made it as peaceful as you hope it can be. Thank you sincerely.

Highly recommended for puppy pre-school training. Our fur baby Ron loved Olivia from the 1st day to Graduation day. Lots of friendships made with the other training pups and it was fantastic to see them growing and learning each week. Terri is so lovely very understanding and compassionate I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else my dog is 9 and I’ve never been able to get anyone to trim his toe nails but she just has a way with animals.
