I recently had an outstanding experience with Specsavers that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and friendliness. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen by the optometrist. The optometrist I met was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the eye examination process. Their patience and willingness to answer my questions left me feeling well-informed and cared for.

Staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The young girl with dark hair was amazing with assisting me while choosing new frames. Would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone. And always so much more affordable then other places.

I got my first pair of glasses here and their service has always been of the highest quality with the best customer outcome in mind.This allows me to continue my busy work schedule where I rely on the right glasses for 12+ hrs per day reading plans and detailed documents. I love their fast efficient high resolution imaging of the eye to ensure I keep seeing all the world clearly. #Hi Viz.

Booked an appointment with an optometrist named Lanka, she was very professional and took the time to ensure that all bases were covered. The receptionists were also very nice. Highly recommend this establishment.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this place deserves one! I’ve been in this store three times now and I believe I have met all of the staff, they couldn’t get anymore lovely! Each one of them is always friendly, helpful, chatty, and obviously gifted with beautiful customer service. The glasses are unique and not so cookie cutter as you’d expect in the big optical stores. The store has become a beautiful space to walk into, and I just can’t praise this place enough. 5 golden stars.

Best experience at an eye care clinic and I’ve been to several different ones. Thank you for your professionalism, care and help to choose my new glasses. Nothing was asking too much of the team here. Got my old glasses repaired, had my eye test, ordered new glasses all at the same appointment. No mucking around.
