Caring, engaged and helpful Chemists who have a great range. I have a dual diagnosis that's complicated and my dad passed away so I've had to relocate to the area so it's been hard at times. Amazes me that Warragul and Drouin are the same brand and don't let any negative experiences at Drouin deter you from shopping here. Common sense and kindness always prevail here and I can always rely on Warragul to listen and check records to help when Drouin can't be bothered helping.

Came here as my elderly Grandfather was getting a Covid Booster. The staff were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I am very grateful for how kind they were to him. The store is nicely designed so that it isn't cramped inside, and it's nice and clean too. Good range of products available on the shelves. Would happily come back here again in the future for any pharmacy-related needs.

My family and I have been going here for over 10 years. I will always advise people that the pharmacy does not stock every form of medication, and it may take 1 to 3 days, maybe even more, to get the medication in. I say this because I have been caught out, and the staff have even tried to find other pharmacists who could help. Like any business, they have had ups and downs to staffing, but we have had mostly positive experiences, and the staff have been excellent. Just remember they are human too, and we all have made mistakes. We are still with them, because they are very good. I hope this helps.

Kind, friendly and very helpful staff. Great range of products at reasonable prices. They are also excellent when it comes to prescription medication, I get Webster packs and they have made it simple and stress free every week. Would recommend.
