Well if you want the very best then go and see Tarnia at Progressive Physio - To set the record straight I have just had three seperate operations on my knee and I am a pretty grumpy 68 year old who doesn't want to do the exercises and I don"t like other people telling me what to do ! - But with Tarnia I am behaving myself simply because she knows what she is doing - explains everything in detail of why we do certain exercises and I now know that the process of rehabilitation is a long but satisfying. Tarnia is a valuable member of the team at Progressive.

Tanya was able to diagnose my problem and was very clear in explaining the contributing factors. Her knowledge about pregnancy related issues was excellent. She went through exercises and was careful to ensure I understood exactly how to do them correctly. The time and care she took was much appreciated.

Thank you Corinna for diagnosing my issues and helping to relieve my daily pain. I can play with my children again, and move in ways that have been restricted for so long. I am very grateful for your time.

I've been seeing physio Shawn for several months now and can highly recommend him. He is always highly professional, runs on time, and always kind. He is very thorough and provides a great patient care experience! The reception staff are also fantastic - consistently welcoming and always smiling! Great team at Albert Street Sports & Spinal.

Brilliant! Very knowledgeable and friendly. After 1week of completing my 'Homework Exercises' I have seen a vast improvement in my problematic Shoulder. Highly recommend this Practice.
