I can't speak highly enough of Ziggy at Warrnambool Veterinary! He went above and beyond when our dog got a fishing hook stuck in her tongue at the beach. Ziggy stayed after hours to make sure she was well taken care of, showing incredible kindness and patience through the entire ordeal. He took the time to explain everything to us clearly and even stayed with us while she came out of sedation, making sure we felt reassured and informed. His care and dedication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Highly recommended!.

As we were visiting from out of town, we needed an emergency appointment. Both my husband and I were so grateful for the care, attention and quick diagnosis our dog received. What a shame we don't live local as we would love to have you as our regular vet.

Ziggy patiently explained what we were trying to achieve and wrote down a plan to help me go forward. Have nothing but high praise for all the staff. Thank you.

Many thanks to Dr. Courtney, Dr. Alicia and nurse Chloe for their care and skill in working with our dear little pal Charlie. His time had come and we had Alicia and Chloe visit our home to see him off. Thanks to all concerned.

Booked in just to get our dogs required vaccinations, the vet was amazing and give her the once over checking her teeth, ears, eyes, coat, stomach, weight etc giving advise and information on it all along the way. What amazing service I wasn’t expecting. All other staff were also great and they obviously love what they are doing which is fantastic. Highly recommended for all your pets needs.

They are very knowledgeable about different breeds of dogs, I have a pug cross, and he has specific needs, but they seem to know what that is. Also, the sms reminders for appointments are fantastic.

The team at Lava Street Veterinary truely went above and beyond for my little girl Willow! We are so incredibly grateful for the care that she received, I have never witnessed a group that are so passionate and experienced in what they do! I will definitely be bringing both my fur babies back here and 110% would recommend to everyone.

From the moment the phone was answered, I knew I'd made the right decision moving my pet care to Lava Street Veterinary Clinic. It's not only the genuine compassion and care for my fur bub but for me as a anxious and stressed pet owner.
