I have been attending counselling sessions with Liz for a number of months now and I can honestly say it one of the best decisions I have ever made, she is so attentive during our sessions, her kindness knowledge and experience has really lead me on the path to healing and I am very greatly for her time and mentorship.

Cecilia is fantastic, there truly aren't any words that I can seem to find, that accurately describe how wonderful she is, and how much she helped me. I have been lucky enough to have been supported by her for about 3 years, and if I wasn't moving - I still would continue to see her. She is such a caring, empathic, tenacious, determined, patient, knowledgeable woman and truly has a wonderful heart.I can't imagine where I would be without her help, guidance and support. Highly recommend Seaside Family Counselling, Cecilia and the other therapists who I met (but didn't work with), were lovely as well. The receptionist team are also lovely. Everyone there cares and wants to help the best that they can.
