Peter is by far the best, family orientated pharmacist around. He is hugely invested in his patients/customers outcomes. He has remembered us all by name since the first script he filled for us 10 years ago! He looks at the whole picture when it comes to his customers health and needs. His recommendations are ALWAYS spot in. He takes his time, never in a rush. All this service is sealed with a friendly smile, genuine care, and a great sense of humour.

Peter is an amazing very knowledgeable Pharamcist , he always greets me by my name and is always asking whether I require any help whilst in store . My son is quite sick at the moment and being unable to get into the doctor today he told me about direct consult app which i had never heard . I am very thankful for his help and dedication to his customers .

The guy who gave me the flu injection did a great job, Peter. As someone who’s massively afraid of needles he did an amazing job even putting on music to make it more accommodating.

Afrer travelling all around town trying to find a chemist who could administer an urgently needed vaccine but to now avail; in last hope I made visit to Direct Chemist Outlet North Point, who at 5 minuts to 5pm on a Friday night without hesitation willingly served me first as matter of priority, and by the owner herself coming to my direct aid!!! I found the team Supportive, Knowledgable and Efficient with 6 more than capable Pharma's behind the counter all inundated with customer requests brings great confidence and trust to this firm. - Highly Recommend!!-

Needed a medication compounded after the usual compounding pharmacy told me they weren't doing it anymore. Very happy. DCO was not just willing and able they also discussed the expiry shelf life of the med and came up with a solution that works on all counts. Thank you!
