My experience was great today when I had an eye test. The staff were wonderful, punctual, friendly and very thorough. A big shout out to Anthony my optometrist and Myah the lovely lady who helped me choose frames that suited me. It is the 3rd year I have been to Specsavers and I am very happy with the service I have received and the prices.

I would love to express my thanks to Bree and Jono as they assist me and treat me really well at Specsavers while I was suffering from eye pain. Jono’work was great and I wish him the best of luck and success.

Gialla particularly provided professional, friendly advice with lens and frame choices. All the staff were amazing. Always a good experience at Specsavers.

The staff in the warrnambool store are so amazing & helpful can’t recommend then highly enough i told them exactly what my problems were and they fixed 1 pair & new lenses in another best customer service ever Thankyou Liam, Luke & James you guys rock.

I highly recommend seeing the crew at the Warrnambool branch of OPSM. Everything was explained in detail with second opinions as needed by other professionals in hand. Lots of reassurance of what I need to look for personally in my case. So much help.

My husband and I both had vision tests undertaken by James and he was very thorough and professional. We both then needed to get new glasses and were helped with frames etc by Luke who was also very helpful and informative. Thank you OPSM Warrnambool.
