Great views of the river and the bridge. A nice quiet end of the Brisbane CBD which has simple access to all of the amazing eats and drinks on the riverfront pier. Room was a big 3 bedder with great living area and large balcony. Have been before, will be back again.

Pet friendly!! Amazing rooms , spacious, modern and the views are just magical..Nitesh and the team are very diligent and made my stay quite comfortable, thoroughly recommend.

Clean and modern apartments. Stayed there in 2012 and it was amazing. Had the view of the story bridge from my room. Loved it and it’s very close to the city centre, just a short walk.

I have lived here for the last 15 years. Now that I am older, my children feel safe that I live here, the security is excellent. The onsite manager and reception staff are all courteous, pleasant, happy beautiful people. The facilities are very well updated and maintained. Modern gym, sauna and swimming pool with jacuzzi has the best view of the river and the city, it's spectacular esp at night. Howard Smith Wharves opened recently but I have no issues on noise on half way of the building. I rather enjoy the HSW fireworks once a month without having to wait for the River Fire Festival and New Year.

Just amazing stand out would be team that run the building. Nothing is ever an issue, always happy, bright and bubbly. Can’t do more to help. It is an amazing location, with stunning facilities. Everything is always clean and well maintained. The people in the building are friendly and it feels like a community. Being right next door to the Howard Smith Wharves and right on the River Walk makes this a simply stunning location. If you are thinking of living here, don’t hesitate. Great place to live.

We stayed there in an Airbnb June of 2024. I must say the place was simply amazing. The views are amazing, you’re close to everything and the amenities in the building… top notch. I would highly recommend. If I ever immigrated to Australia from Canada I would seriously consider buying or renting in this building.

One of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Stayed here for 6 months with my partner, the apartment was gorgeous with a spectacular view and modern furnishings. The facilities are incredible and so well maintained. Bryce and Gayle who manage the building are the best in the game, super friendly and happy to help with anything required. Respond quickly and efficiently to any maintenance and create a great vibe throughout the building. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a Wonderful Place!!! We have lived at the Austin Apartments for several years and as a small family we would highly recommend living there especially as the location is so close to all restaurants and Museums in the area. The views from your apartment are beautiful and the roof top pool area overlooks the city. The Management Team are the Best in Brisbane!! They are very helpful, kind and always there for assistance when needed. Thank you for making living at the Austin Apartments enjoyable.
