Absolutely fantastic. Big accident in my ute after someone cutting across at traffic lights that were green for me. Took care of me while ambo, police and firees came. Only when I was under care did they attend to my wreck, and did so first class. Could have dragged it on the mags which had a burst tire but were careful. Professional and above expectations one might have.

Cooper towed my car last night after an alternator failure, got on scene quicker than expected. He was very professional and friendly as well as expertly delivering the car to my driveway. Great service and great bloke, good on ya mate!

Irish Chris is amazing and very patient. We got a trailer and he drove us all the way to other place to drop it then bring us back to mechanics for the car. Thank you so much.

First of all I would like to thank my tow truck driver goose, I believe. The service you guys provide is the best I had ever experienced. Would highly recommend this company. Marty came to my rescue when my hire van broke down and took me back to Brisbane. Made me feel instantly comfortable with him which, being a woman travelling alone, is very important. Also went the extra mile and dropped me at my hotel. What a legend! Thanks so much!

We have used Springfield Lakes Towing on 3 occasions now and if you are looking for prompt, first-rate, reasonably priced towing/relocation services you can't go past them. They turn up when they say they will, every one is friendly and helpful and their prices are really, really great. If I could I'd give them more than 5 stars they are so good. In an emergency we had they bent over backward to help!
