Good customer service,very kind and love their furniture. They weet so patient to hold our already purchased furniture with them for more than a month. Excellent communication and I'd go back anything to purchase my furniture here. Delivery guy communicated well too and was on time. I've already referred a few friends. I purchased the Apollo Dining Chair. The whole experience was great...the live tracking updates were especially helpful. The driver rang a couple of minutes before arriving which gave me time to meet him outside to take delivery. He was friendly and offered to carry the box upstairs even though I could easily manage it. Thanks Lounge Lovers for such great service all the way from purchase to delivery. Driver 5/5.

We absolutely love our new leather couch! The leather looks and feels amazing, really good quality. Delivery was spot on, they kept me updated the whole way so I knew exactly when it was coming, which made things super easy. The couch is even better than I expected, so comfortable and looks great in the living room. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new couch. When we entered the store we were greeted and assisted by Lydia. We tried almost all the couches to find the right one for us, she is very knowledgeable in what she does. We were grateful we went to this shop though it was quite far from us. We are very happy with our couch.

I went into Lounge Life Salisbury today and was very impressed. They have an extensive range of beautiful lounges as well as a decent range of outdoor furniture. The prices are quite reasonable compared to larger retailers, that over inflate prices for inferior products. Lydia showed me the exact sofa I wanted and promptly organised everything. The level of service I received was fantastic. Thank you.
