Spacious, spotlessly clean beautiful townhouse in the centre of Warrnambool... great location great to deal with .. would definitely book again when in Warrnambool.

The view from above is magnificient. You can also watch the fireworks or special event from here.

Best location. So far, so good. Can't fault this beautiful place. We'll be back.

BOTANIC APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Had a superb stay at the Botanic Apartments with my girlfriend last July. We were doing a road trip across the Great Ocean Road and stopped off in Warrnambool to see the whales and this place was just what we needed for our 3 days stay. The apartment had cooking facilities, speedy wifi, a super comfy bed with heated blankets, TV in the bedroom + kitchen with Netflix and the shower pressure was great! The owners have also installed 3 EV chargers on-site which was great for us as we could charge our car. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks again.

Stayed in beautifully renovated one bedroom apartment. Very clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation. Had everything we needed and more (including oven mitts!). Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation, l travel to Warrnambool alot and this would be the most comfortable, clean and quiet apartment that l have stayed in. Close to shops and down town. Good to see quality linen and a fresh smell instead of air freshener that is overwhelming.

The bed, blankets and pillows were definitely the biggest highlight, and I'm generally fussy with these! So comfortable I slept better than I did in my own bed! I also loved the decor, and the staff were extremely accommodating. I stayed 2 nights, one in a 2br, second night in a 1br with spa bath and I'd accidentally left my toiletries in the first room, they brought it over and displayed it in the new bathroom! They also were very friendly asking how I felt and understanding what I was dealing with - being sick and working long hours. I'd locked myself out also and they were there in a flash at 11pm to let me back in. Wonderful service.

A lovely clean apartment, central to everything. Really nice bedding. A fantastic shower with great water pressure, good wifi and Netflix to cap it off. Was the perfect stay for me and my son! We'll be back. Also a very special thank you to Angela for returning my sons my prized Baby Yoda toy by Express Post. May the force be with you.

We stayed in a very cosy one bedroom apartment, it had everything for a relaxed stay: a powder room on ground floor, a supercomfortable bed, 2 tvs with Netflix, good speed wifi , 2 aircons, a small balcony, clean rooms and kitchenette, shops close by - for almost a motel price we got a different level of service. Very friendly hosts. Very pleased.
