The most caring staff. Incredible location on the Hopkins river. Great service and facilities. Great staff, clean and tidy.

Fantastic services. Fantastic staff. Better than world-class-standard care for inpatients. They were all very helpful.

The team at Riverside cared for my Mum for 3 weeks before she passed. The care and compassion that Mum was given was amazing. She was treated with dignity and respect. Our family was also supported with cups of tea and food when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Opal for aged care.

Lovely staff who take great care of mum. They always follow up on inquiries and requests, and make sure to alert the family of any incident, however small, involving mum. I'm very confident that mum is being very well looked after, both physically and emotionally. And the food is exceptional!

It is a beautiful environment and everyone appears happy and friendly.
