The technician who came out to fix my dishwasher was punctual and professional. The issue was quickly identified and resolved. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I'll definitely be using them again for any future appliance repair needs. Highly recommend!

We had Valerfix make a number of visits to our home to cure our ailing integrated fridge and freezer. They never sent us an account as they kept trying to solve it. They got a quote from the manufacturer to replace it and hunted around for another supplier to find an exact size replacement. They found a much cheaper alternative and with our approval ordered the cheaper replacement. No deposit required they went ahead and on arrival installed it all while we were away on holiday. We have never had such amazing service from a repairer of anything. The best ever.

Have used Andrei & Valerfix on a number of occasions. So easy to deal with. I take a pic of the appliance serial number, text it to him, they contact me with availability & quote. As soon as the part arrives they contact me to organise a suitable time for repairs. They are always prompt, reasonable prices, clean workmanship. They Re my #1 repair company on the Sunshine Coast.
