Matt provided a thorough and transparent assessment, walking me through the details and costs involved. The work itself was completed by Jack and Finn, who did an outstanding job—everything was finished on time and done to a high standard. First I would like to commend Kylie on her wonderful customer service. Kylie kept me up to date as to where and when the technician would be at our house. And the timing was spot on. Well done to Kylie. Matthew was the technician who attended and who quoted on our requirements. Matthew was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. If we accept his quote, I would be very pleased for Matthew to do the work for us.

We appreciated a prompt reply to our quote request. Communication in the lead up to the job was excellent. Interaction between the tradesman and the apprentice was exceptional. It was pleasing to see the apprentice taking on various parts of the job under supervision. Work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We will have no hesitation in using Mangan Electrical again.
