SUMMIT Electrical and Air Conditioning have just installed six reverse cycle air conditioning units at my home. The whole process was outstanding. Matt came to our house, did a thorough inspection and advised what was needed to meet our requirements. While he was here he prepared a detailed quote for our perusal. We notified him the next day and advised that we were happy with the quote. He then was able to book us in for the work within a three week window. His team of experienced tradesmen (3) arrived on the due date on time ready to commence the job. The team was very courteous, professional and personable in the way they conducted themselves. The job was completed well within the the time allocated, the team cleaned up the install sites and removed all rubbish. I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. The process was for me the best TRADIE EXPERIENCE I have experienced, well done you guys

Summit Electrical have been a pleasure to deal with. They have been very professional, prompt and kept me informed all along the way for the times etc for the removal of the old one and installation of our new split system air conditioner. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job. Their price was quite competitive also. I would happily recommend Matt and Milly and their family business.

We asked for a service call to investigate a squeak in our air con ducting. The serviceman was very thorough and diligently searched through several scenarios to find out where the squeak was coming from. He finally pinned it down and installed some padding to mitigate the squeak. We appreciated that fact that he took the time needed to resolve the problem, and didn't just dismiss it as "too hard". Thanks Arctic Air-Con!

Emmett performed an annual service on my ducted air conditioning and he was such a lovely young man. He was professional, polite and friendly and on completion of the service, he gave me a rundown of what he had done and anything I needed to know for future.
