I bought a new needle for my radiogram. I was a little bit hesitant with my purchase order after reading the bad reviews at first. However I did not experience anything negative. The only thing I'd do better on would be communication with tracking. Everything was as described and packaged well. I would purchase from them in the future!

Receptionist kindly suggested I go through Bosch under warranty, whom then used this company anyway as there outsource. I was called up 7 days before my scheduled appt for a cancellation appt and got it done earlier. Technician was super helpful, promptly fixed the issue on my wash machine. Would highly recommend!
