Highly recommended. I don't quite know where to start. We wanted to build our little dream home, but after 12+ years of anguish, 3 insurance claims for internal damage and 1 roof replacement, Wade Smith Plumbing made themselves available to rectify a major ongoing distressing problem with our roof and replace it for a 2nd time. They re-engineered, and replaced our existing roof. Another local large roofing company had already replaced it approximately 8 years ago, they were supposed to come and replace it again. After 18 months of trying to achieve this, and out of desperation and on going internal water issues, we reached out to WSP, who came on board immediately, were willing to get out of their comfort zone and help. Their communication was fabulous (we all know communication in the trade sector is lacking) Turned up on time and as expected. They co-ordinated other trades, so everything ran smoothly. Were polite and helpful, even with those little jobs we threw their way while they were on site. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with. I can not emphasise enough the degree of our gratitude for the effort they went to, and the relief we now experience. We have had down pours and windy sideways rain, everything feels solid and secure. Thankyou again

I messaged the team late yesterday when we noticed our evaporative air conditioning was not working properly in the current heatwave. Today, Todd has been to diagnose and fix the problem already! Very thankful for this terrific service before the very hot, long weekend that is forecast.

Did a great job on a major bathroom and laundry renovartion a couple of years back and have been using them since then and very happy with the service. Last week had a smell under the kitchen sink and all fixed quickly and for a reasonable price.
