From concept, to final plan, build & completion David's vision & attention to detail were amazing. We couldn't be happier with the final result, having just spent the past month in the house we are truly appreciating the more nuanced aspects of the design. On top of this his suggestion (we received 4 quotes) of builder "JW Constructions" ensured that the build was to the highest quality with a sub 2% variation on initial quote.

Teeland Architects created an exquisitely detailed, yet elegantly simple, house for our family. They nailed and exceeded the brief. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new home. Teeland's designs and unfailing attention to detail far exceed any other architecture firm we have used before.

Our inner city apartment was in need of a bit of extra room to move and we needed a very creative solution to work with the small and difficult space. David offered us a really elegant and unique solution and the result was fantastic, both aesthetically and in practical terms: creating a useable, bright new space. David communicated clearly and consistently with us and was super helpful at all stages of the process. We can highly recommend teeland architects.

We engaged Sketchi Architects to prepare a range of concepts for the establishment of a secondary dwelling on our property and to then undertake final design and construction plans for the building. We found Debby and Jochem great to deal with throughout the process and very thoughtful and innovative in their approach and design. An example of this was sharing an online link with us to a 3D software model of the building, enabling us to get a feel for the space both from within as well as externally. This was of great assistance to us in fine-tuning the final design, as well as helping to choose the external colour scheme. We would not hesitate in recommending Sketchi Architects or engaging Jochem and Debby's services again.

Working with Jochem was a seamless and excellent experience. His design process was clear, thorough and effective. He listened to all our ideas and was able to interpret them effectively into our plans. He was upfront with design and build costs and was able to guide us through balancing expectations whilst remaining within budget. The achievement for our home design exceeded expectations and we would highly recommend Jochem and Sketchi designs to anyone looking to engage an experienced architect.

We enjoyed working with Jochem and Debby from Sketchi. They took on board our aspirations and preliminary ideas for a house on a sloping block and turned this into a functional design that we are very happy with. Looking forward to building this house soon!
