3 Best Yoga Studios in Sunshine Coast QLD

I am a big fan of classes at Lifeforce Wellbeing. As a local physiotherapist working in a hospital it is important to me to remain 'work fit'. Lifeforce Wellbeing has successfully helped me to achieve this for the past 10 years. In particular, I want to recommend the pilates classes run by Julie and her team. The mat based classes incorporate strength and coordination exercises in a variety of positions (standing, sitting, 4 pt kneeling, and lying) with a focus on core stability as well as including important spinal flexibility exercises. I love the incorporation of exercises for our posterior chain which when strong enhances our posture. It is this postural focus, spinal mobility focus alongside the training of a strong core to make me 'work fit' that keeps me coming back for more. Thank you Julie for being so inspiring, positive and for sharing your passion for wellbeing through your classes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the Qi Gong weekend workshop. What a privilege. In your special way you layered learnings and practice that built upon each other over the two days. I came away feeling more "in flow" than I had in a long time. The ongoing practice is changing my life on a daily basis. With gratefulness.

I started attending classes with Lifeforce Wellbeing over 5 years ago and since then I have found that I have less aches and pains and my flexibility has improved! Jules and her team are always welcoming and they have a big variety of classes where there is no judgement about your abilities and there is a great meditation which is a great way to finish the class. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone out there who is feeling a bit stiff and stressed. I am sure you will reap the benefits as I have.

If you are looking for a yoga studio were you can grow out of the stories you tell yourself. A place were you come as you are, not as you think you should be. Mel and all Jingsters are an amazing community and I am grateful to be part of it.

Iv had trouble finding a yoga studio that not only challenges me but is also fun! There is great selection of classes for all levels and flexible time slots that suit shift workers like me. I have also attended a couple of the yoga retreats which were amazing!!! Melanie is also friendly, down to earth and is a fantastic teacher who goes out of her way to ensure you have an amazing class! I love being a Jingster member.

Mel and her Jingster angels have been sent from heaven. So beautiful, kind, caring and Mel is extremely funny! Highly recommend.

The how's and why's that are given, as we slowly work our way through each movement are extremely helpful. Gaining a true understanding of purpose in each movement has allowed me to not only further my practice, but has given me a greater ROM. Your knowledge, grace and kindness is a real asset to Yoga Vida.

I was a frequent visitor to Yoga Vida several years ago, but life circumstances took me away. Now I’m back! And the Yoga Vida teachers and community are just so welcoming and warm. The teachers are great and there is great diversity in style and approach. Highly recommend.
