I had my 2023 Audi A3 repaired through insurance at this shop. Although the repair was delayed due to parts needing to be shipped from Germany, the staff were helpful and understanding throughout the process. They provided a reasonable timeline for the repairs and kept me well-informed. Shane was transparent, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and in a timely fashion. I was also reassured that my Audi was repaired with genuine parts. The quality of the work done was exceptional. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of reliable and professional car repairs.

Had my BMW repaired a number of years ago at Jacob Body & Paint, after someone ran into the back of me. Recently had trouble with the boot spring closure and returned to Jacob’s. The issue was not related to the earlier repair, but Shane and the team went above and beyond to identify the issue and assist me in rectifying the problem.Great expertise and customer service. Really appreciated the service provided.

After an incident with my Tesla Model S - backing out from a parking spot, the concrete tyre rest tore off the plastic front sub-grill section - they did an on the spot fix, not 100% perfect but near enough. They refused to accept payment for about an hour’s work despite my insistence. Such decency is very rare. you can trust these guys.

The staff at Albury-Wodonga Autobody were amazing with managing my car which was involved in a car accident. Their communication throughout this process and attention to detail was nothing but top notch. Can’t rate this team high enough.

Great customer service, sound advice and professional work. Replaced my Ute tray with a tub including colour matching, respraying and fitting. Highly recommended.

We had my car sitting elsewhere for 3 weeks untouched, decided to get it towed to elite body & paint, they have got us in quickly, sent off everything to insurance and even supplied me with a courtesy car, whilst also keeping in contact with me and letting me know exactly what is happening to my car. Cannot recommend this place more! Deserves more than 5 stars.

Absolutely great service, sick as place trust me, got my '67 chevy looking spick as. Fully recommend, great guys there too, had a good yarn with them.
