We had an amazing experience at Shampooch. We have an 8month 40kg Tibetan Mastiff with a double coat who had some of her undercoat shed that we couldn't get off her. This was her first groom and we were anxious about her behaviour for her first time. The staff at Shampooch were responsive to this and allowed out dog to have some visits to the salon to get used to the place. They clearly communicated the service expectations and took their time to be thorough. We received updates and photos which was lovely. The price was great for the size of our dog, and now she looks feels, and smells amazing.

I took my 6yo Cavoodle in, being nervous about starting with a new groomer and I have to say I am so pleased and relieved to have found the girls at Shampooch. Carley and Liz are wonderful. Penny came home looking and smelling gorgeous and obviously feeling a million bucks. I highly HIGHLY recommend "Shampooch Dog Grooming Hub" and will be recommending them to everyone I know. This was our fur baby's second visit to Shampooch, Carley and her team do a wonderful job of grooming our boy. When I come back to pick him up he smells and looks fantastic. They do such a great job I highly recommend them.

LA Clips were able to get us in last minute for an emergency groom on a Saturday! Kathy did a fantastic job on our spoodle and called me to update me during the process to let me know what she was doing. Would definitely recommend for oodle breeds and Kathy took great care of our pup!

Kathy did a wonderful job with our boys, Bob and Bert. Our boys enjoyed going to her, excellent service very happy to recommend LA Clips to everyone.

The staff was amazing and very kind and accommodating to our little Mila as it was her first grooming.

Sonia and Scott are very warm and friendly and amazing to deal with. The standard of grooming is exceptional and they ask questions to ensure they produce the desired length and look. The text reminders and notifications are very helpful. Our dog absolutely loves them and is always excited to see them when they come to pick him up. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Sonia and Scott were fantastic. Our dog is not friendly with everyone and Sonia was able to get the job done without stress. They worked around our work schedule which made booking in very easy! Highly recommend and will be using Sonia and Scott again for all future jobs.
