3 Best Bakeries in Darwin NT

An amazing cafe in a nice spot close to the city. They have an excellent variety of savoury and sweet pastries, with their pies being my favourite. It's a good place to dine-in out of the heat, have a glass of cold water and grab a bite to eat. The staff and management were excellent in ensuring that my order and other customers were seen too in a timely fashion. I had a friend here who ordered a fruit platter from the bakery and it was excellent. I also cannot recommend any other place apart from Parap bakery for their custom cakes as well.

Great coffee, always friendly. Breads and pastries are sensational. Decent cafe menu, though not a fan of the paper placemat between the food and the board. Massive advantage is the opening hour - 4am, so it's always open in time for the morning coffee pickup. Shame I'm only here for a couple more weeks, really.

Ben made a birthday cake for me on short notice, it was beautifully done and the sponge was super soft and delicious. It was also very well priced. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place!! We came every day on our holiday. Really good coffee and all the food items we tried were delicious!! We had the vegemite scrolls, croissants, doughnuts, Spinach and feta quiche, and sandwiches, which were filled so generously with fresh salad. Reasonable price for such high quality. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and helped us out when my partner dropped his coffee!! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you everyone at Ben's!!

THE BEST PIES EVER! Seriously, go grab a pie! Had the Chicken Pie and the Laksa-the Pie was divine! Coffee is always a deal breaker, Coffee here passed the test. Also had the custard filled iced doughnut a couple of times, delicious! Sell a whole range of sandwiches etc, hubby had the Hawaiian Chicken Schnitzel roll, toasted. 100% recommend a visit-will miss our visits when we go home.

Great, old fashioned sized large milkshake and beautiful pie with mushy peas in it. Almond milk coffee was perfect. Friendly staff, efficient service, shady spot to sit outside the shop at tables and chairs. Tuesday lunch was very busy and I can see why. Recommended.

There are excellent choices of pies and chips available, with every imaginable flavor. The service is highly efficient, and the shop is well-maintained. A wide range of takeaway food options is available, including fresh sandwiches and rolls, making it the perfect spot for a delicious lunch. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Direct to public in industrial area. Well worth the stop off. Plenty of parking. Great mince steak in a dark gravy. Very tasty. These pies also available around town; eg. War museum at East Park.

My husband, family and I visited this bakery. Travelled over 4200kms to try Tommos Pie shop going by its previous reviews and did not disappoint. Highly recommend!!!
