Burkhardt's Organic proudly run and breeds their own local herd of Scottish Highland Cattle, whose meat provides a healthy, ethical and sustainable filling for their range of pies. The bakery produces a wonderful selection of artisan bread, rolls, cakes, flavours, cakes, quiches, and pies using only traditional German methods, with gluten-free options available. All of their products are baked with unbleached stone ground organic flour. Burkhardt's Organic contains toasted almonds and sultanas and are great for dipping in coffee or enjoying alone.”
