Genuinely the best Carbonara I’ve ever had! The service is is top notch and the food is just incredible, they really know what they’re doing! I can completely understand why it’s so often booked out as their cuisine exceeds the quality of most Italian places in large cities. Next chance I get I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing food with great hospitality! I had a chicken parmigiana and it was so different than the ones I’ve had in my life. The chicken was juicy and grilled and it was topped with a touch of their own Italian marinara sauce. Surprisingly very good. Would definitely recommend.

Following an excellent breakfast there we decided to visit a second time for dinner and this was equally great. Highly recommended.

No trip to Port is complete without eating here at least twice per holiday! I've been coming here for 20 years and have introduced friends and family who also love it. We love to eat in as the atmosphere is cosy and has charm. The prices are very reasonable and good service. From the garlic bread, garlic prawns to fettuccine Bolognese everything is always delicious! With Summer approaching, we'll be back soon.

Bought the takeaway fettuccine carbonara tonight from Margaret and Sons. Absolutely delicious home made pasta! Added a little bit of olive oil, basil and black pepper, so delicious!! Great price for great quality, we'll definitely be back.

Absolutely love going to Margaret and Sons, it is our go to restaurant every time we visit Port Macquarie. Home made pasta is amazing and lovely desserts to top it off. The staff and atmosphere are exceptional as well.

Busy Sunday lunch but very happy & definitely satisfied. Belly’s are full & content. Hands down the best wood fire pizzas in Port Macquarie !!

Absolutely loved this place! Tried Pipeworks Cafe for breakfast while at Port Macquarie on holidays. It was so good we went back to have dinner and breakfast the next day. The service was high great. It was the first cafe I have found which had lactose free ice-cream for a frappe.

I eat here weekly for breakfast but i have also tried the dinner/lunch menu as the guys are more than happy to serve you a pizza or pasta in the morning . The owners and staff are genuine, kind and friendly and they serve food that not only looks good but taste amazing.
