SIX DEGREES REVIEWS
A great pub and hostel facing the harbour in Albany center, tapas plates are spot on, real flavour bombs and lots of variety. We had fish bites, fried chicken, salt and pepper squid and the pork belly bao buns. All hot fresh and perfectly cooked with a great array of sauces and salads to add punch and texture where needed. Our second visit and we will be making many more.
Absolutely 10/10! We had the create your own tapas board, all 4 dishes we picked were great but make special shout out to the pork belly, absolute belter!! We were even treated to some great live music and super friendly bar staff, could not recommend this place enough!.
Had brekky here and staff very friendly and quick to help us find a table. Food was filling and tasty, coffee was a tad weak but smooth. Plates are very squeaky if using a knife due to the design. Will be back to try more new menu items.

LIBERTE REVIEWS
What a memorable dining experience at LIBERTÉ in Albany, WA? ? Passing its handsome front bar, we entered a cosy retro classic decor room where's full of interesting sounds of laughter. A great eclectic taste in interior settings. Ie, high class Vietnamese styled furniture from its feudal/ colonial days well mixed with French styled mirrors, lightings, thick velvet curtains...Its menu shows creative concept too. My Mao Feng loose leaf tea's served in a Vietnamese styled tray & teapot but cup & saucer're of Western style. All ingredients in seafood steamed boat're fresh cooked & exactly the flavours which I am familiar in Vietnamese Kitchen. Service's quick, thank you all team members.
Amazing food and service. Beautiful Asian/french decor in an old Albany pub-turned-restaurant. Loved the French press coffee set to relax in the quiet post-lunch period. The menu was really interesting and it was a pleasure choosing what to have. The standout was the Vietnamese profiteroles with coffee icecream, pistachios and chocolate ganache. Hefty portions mean good bang for your buck. Will be back next time we're in Albany.
Super delicious Asian fusion food in an amazing venue. The crab noodles are to die for, and the loaded fries hit the spot. The profiteroles are so good too! Been here twice and it's definitely a must-visit when in Albany!
