Eyre Park has a small sandy beach area for children, many picnic tables, and grills. This is a massive park with various equipment, including a disability-accessible swing. There are also large open spaces with lakes, BBQs, gazebos, picnic tables, toilets, a basketball court, a drinking fountain, and dual-use pathways for cyclists and pedestrians. Additional play equipment includes a flying fox, swings, climbing ropes, music, sensory, and sand play. Eyre Park is a pleasant place to picnic, use the BBQs, and spend an afternoon. The park is located between Garden Street and Adelaide Crescent in Middleton and is only 500m from Middleton Beach. Eyre Park is the site of an All Abilities Play Space.”
