Always my go to cycle shop in Albany. Fantastic knowledgeable staff happy and willing to help you . Friendly atmosphere and easy to just browse if that's all you want to do. Great quality products in store . If you can't find what you need ,the staff will help you either by ordering it in or advise the best solution. Never too much trouble to help in any way they can. Old fashion service here.

Before commencing the Munda Biddi in August 2024, my bike got serviced by Phil. He was so friendly, professional, helpful and thorough. My bike has never sounded or felt better. He went above and beyond to make sure my bike was ready for the trail. Thank you so much Phil - I completed the trail and the only mishap I had was a puncture (which was due to my bad bike handling.

Visited this shop for a service whilst riding from Perth to Sydney. I can only agree with what the other reviews have already mentioned; super friendly and helpful, knowledgeable team, relaxed atmosphere, great service. 100% recommend this place.

Had a problem with my free hub body after doing the Munda Biddi and needed the bike to get to the airport the next day. Even though they were very busy the mechanic worked his magic and got me back on the road. Great service, really nice guys. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
