I am impressed by Pushys Fyshwick. Shop floor and repair/service staff are outstanding. Highly approachable, interested in my situation and I consistently receive an excellent deal. I have bought 2 bicycles for the family this year, one bike during the pandemic and a few more bikes before this. Had my son's 1st bike service today at short notice, and my mountain and 2005 road bike serviced last year. All bikes continue to ride well. Very impressed.

My son broke his derailleur hanger at Stromlo and the Service mechanic Thiago came to the rescue! He made one as the item was out of stock and then didn’t charge us, amazing. Great customer service and done without question. I couldn’t thank them enough as we were travelling and only in Canberra for a few days so this has saved our holiday. Thanks Pushys.

Dropped into Pushy’s for a bike fit. At the same time, despite no booking, I dropped off a couple of wheels for repair and to have the clusters swapped over. Expecting to have to return at a later date for the wheels it was awesome to find that Thiago had managed to fix my wheels and have them waiting for me at the end of the bike fit. Great service.

Needed a replacement Specialised front bag bracket. I'd purchased the bag and bracket with Canberra Cyclery a couple years earlier and manager John remembered me and I was delighted when he suggested a small discount. Product was in-store, no waiting.

This place is terrific. John and his team were super helpful, very knowledgeable and tried to understand what we wanted and provide advice. We are very happy with our Tern bike and would absolutely recommend the shop over any other in Canberra.

I was purchasing a bike for my 10 year old daughter who can't yet ride. She needed a larger bike but also needed training wheels. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what we needed, my daughter loves her bike.
