Very very helpful and superb workmanship by Charles !! I called up early morning couple weeks back to see if I could get my Leitner bicycle disk brakes replaced. And I was lucky that Charles was able to slot me in in his very busy schedule to get it done by lunch time. He also kindly adjusted my back brakes which brakes beautifully!! Above and beyond … Trek bicycle techs go above and beyond … Thank you and absolutely highly recommended!! Will be back again 100%.

Trek is a quality brand of bicycles. Well designed and with well chosen components at a wide range of price points from children's bicycles through to beginner adults right through to very high end bicycles. The store staff really knows their product range and are very helpful. Highly recommended.

I came in here today to look at some new Madones and Stephen was unbelievably helpful and friendly, it made this SUCH an enjoyable experience.

I’ve bought several bikes from 99bikes over the years and have always had excellent service. My latest purchase was to replace a bike that had been stolen and Thomas was so attentive and sympathetic to my situation that he was on a mission to get me back on a bike. He went completely out of his way to expertly and honestly recommend the best bikes for my needs and ensured I had everything I needed from order to delivery and installation of all my accessories. It’s service and care that is hard to find and it’s what will keep me returning to 99bikes and especially to the Alexandria store.

Had previously purchased a new bike headlight from 99 the week before which kept falling off ,not a happy customer. Monique had look at the problem with affixing and couldn't resolve the fixing problem and quickly suggested a refund however I did still needed a light as my bike is necessary for work , so she suggested a replacement which has resolved my problem . She was very helpful and customer focused and restored my confidence in 99Bikes Alexandria as a go to bike shop.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Joshua provided a lot of information and helped me decide on the bike to purchase. The next day, another staff member installed the water bottle holder and adjusted the seat for free.

I love that Giant Sydney is a big brand shop with the feel of a real local bike shop. I have been constantly impressed with the levels of service I have received despite the ridiculous requests and challenges I have presented to them in the past. They take excellent care of my bike and do so much for both triathlon and cycling within the local community! Definitely go in if you want a sweet new ride and tell the Tim sent you.

Major service with new tires, brakes, gears, levers, the full upgrade. The team was outstanding in every way. I got my bike back the same day as new! The professional and extremely knowledgeable staff made my experience so simple and effortless. I will definitely be back again! Thank you

Great experience buying from Giant Sydney. I dealt with both Simon and Grant, they were both very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing my new TCR. Grant helped me alleviate the initial concerns I had with getting a bike with an ISP. He helped me work through the bike fit, geometry and setup.
